Refund policy

1. Return Policy
• You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
• To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
2. How to Start a Return

• We’ll review your request and provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send any items before receiving confirmation from our team.
• Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable for non-defective items.
• Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
• Sale items or gift cards.
If you have questions about whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before starting the process.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@arxirionofficial.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
5. Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether it has been approved.
• If the item does not meet the return criteria (worn, damaged, or missing original packaging), the refund request may be denied.
• Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, the refund may take additional time to be reflected. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact@arxirionofficial.com.
6. Exchanges
• The quickest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.
7. International Returns
• International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes.
• Arxirion is not responsible for additional fees charged by customs authorities.
• If your return involves a damaged or defective item, we will work with you to find the best resolution.
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
• If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in their original packaging.
